Fried Mee Sua


Cooked On 21/7/07
Fried Mee Sua is one of my favourite dish. When think it back I didn't cook this dish for about 1 year plus.Times flies very fast. This morning my mind felt like eating, so quicky go buy the mee sua and cooked for a dinner today.

    pls be my sifu, teach me cook fried mee sua. My mother in law whenever there's a festival she will for sure pray with Mee sua.

    We alway kept till it turn mouldy as we do not know how to fry it.
