传统千层糕



在槟城度假时,


看到每个人在狂热的试烘aunt irene所提供新食谱

~~~传统千层糕~~


再一次让我心动!也很想试烘,


回来之后,马上摇个电话给aunt irene,向她要食谱。


烘好后,卖相令人食指大动。


这传统千层糕不油不腻,


质感扎实但柔软,还带少许湿感,


一咬进口, 真有种说不出的好口感!


在此要感谢Auntie Irene 让我分享了她的新食谱。

    ya lor! when I saw everybody is crazy baking kueh lapis,just want to know how is the texture and taste.Frankly speaking, this kueh lapis is really delicious.Have you try it before?

    I tried the taste liao but nvr try to bake. My family dont really know how to appreciate Kuih Lapis leh, they said got very strong spice taste, but Kuih Lapis is like this wa, hehe..

    your kueh lapis is so nice! must learn from u how to get the temperature right for the oven...heehee...

    I think so.It Seems like Kueh Lapis season.Now you know how to bake kueh lapis already and heard that you are very expert to control the heat.So you can bake it anytime for your family to try.
