白糖糕与传统米发糕

星期六试烝“白糖糕“
这个是其中传统古早味糕点之一。
它制作过程很相似烝米发糕。
最主要材料也是要提前2 - 3天开始准备发酵。
这次烝的白糖糕不是很理想。。。。。
希望下次再试一试。



看到Dorene 烝传统米发糕,发得咧嘴笑呵呵。
心里也想试试做。
这是昨天放工之后试烝。
哇!

质地很松软,。。细腻。。

口感非常棒!

    好漂亮的传统米发糕!可是在制作过程很耗时,对吗?单看图片就看得出它很松软,给人一种软绵绵的感觉。嘻嘻!:)
