So u actually baked this steam moist chocolate cake on Friday yeah? I'm also very curious on the texture leh... like Oink Oink & Dorene said must 拭过才知道咯，哈~~~ also want to try your 特制配方的chocolate spread. It looks very moist & yummy. My salive drooling liao.

No problem. If I have a chance to make it again, I am sure to bring it and let your guys try. This steam chocolate cake I found that the texture is very good and soft.Surprisingly, it is not oily at all.Guess what, I only ate 1 pcs and the rest I let my kids and maid finished it. See! can tell how delicious is itHee! hee! Thick face huh!
Nicole, Every year Hari Raya Puasa, I am sure to make some cake and cookies for them to eat. And another one is I am very sure every employer will bring their maid out to eat too.
