蒸叉烧糕和Stollen
香喷喷叉烧鸡蛋糕又再出炉咯!
星期天赶紧蒸了一个叉烧蛋糕
送给我先生的一位好朋友和几位同事们
一直念念不忘这超好吃的叉烧蛋糕。
上星期她一直sms给我的先生几时可以吃到你老婆的叉烧蛋糕呢?
我先生为了不让她失望,
只好叫我蒸了一个好让他昨天可以送给她。
据她们的评语是
好喜欢这雞蛋糕是因为它本身屬於甜的味道,
叉燒卻是咸的味道,兩种味道混合起來,
是特別的好吃哦!
再加上质感的确很松软又微湿, 表面也很细腻。
叉烧夹着浓郁的鸡蛋香,芳香好吃
这叉烧蛋糕的确让大家吃了满口留香哦!
昨天也做了百吃不厌的stollen,
也是准备送给我先生的朋友尝试。
希望他们也会喜欢。
