Every year I will make by myself. And this year my friend recommended me to buy from Phoon Huat and she said is very good taste too so no harm to try. After I tried last nite. It is very good taste and colour also nice, right? Why not yours can buy and try it.But remember must buy Red Man Brand.ok!

Pineapples tarts look delicious, but I have one question, I notice after about two weeks the tarts were turn mouldly. Do you have any tips to help store the pineapple tarts a littl longer? Xie Xie hor :)
Mine won't to be mouldly easily.Maybe your tart is quite wet, that's why very easy to be mouldly. To be avoid turn to moudly, why not you can store it in the fridge.

哇!好一个满城尽戴黄金甲,是美的咯。我每次做黄梨挞都是用Rub-in method。曾经做过Emulsification method,不过总是会粘在摸型那,到后来就觉得不怎么理想。
