酥皮面包和甜薯面包





今天一口气烘了两种新口味面包.

酥皮面包 ( Pastry Top Bread)- 从烘炉拿出, 热热上桌,

就和女儿一起品尝。
哇!最叫人食指大动.....

外脆内软,口感一极棒的酥皮面包.

甜薯面包 - (Sweet Potato Bread) - 本来想用紫色蕃薯试做,

可是买不到, 所以只好买日本蕃薯来代替.

我用花生桨当馅料,在甜薯面包内有一阵芳香的口味,

吃起来更加甜美.........

蕃薯除了做传统娘惹糕点, 做起蛋糕或面包一样有板有眼.

even Though after bake, there is out of shape but the texture is really... crispy, soft and nice taste.I think i will make it again.

yes, add in altogether. After bake, you can't tell there is sweet potato. I gave to my neighbour to try it and told me that it is very good fragrant go with peanut butter.
