连藕蛋糕



好久很想试烘莲藕蛋糕,只是没时间。
刚好上 星期天去菜市场看到那麽新鲜的莲藕。
就买了两个,一个来煮汤,另一个就烘蛋糕咯!
哇! 超好吃哟.。真的要谢谢May 所提供给aunt Irene 食谱,也要谢谢aunt Irene 的教导。
它的口感蛮像原味牛油蛋糕。

很松软,。。 微湿 , 。。细腻。。还有点弹性。。。
