这Madeleines recipe 是Dorene 叫我尝试做给我孩子们吃，虽然没有使用适当的moulds， 可是我就用 mini tart mould试做.
效果也不错哟！
蛮喜欢Madeleines的质感的确很细腻又微湿的口感，
外皮很香脆。

感觉到牛由的芳香和香橙香味，味道很香甜。
