I went to Aunt Irene's house to learn "Ang Gu Kueh " on yesterday.
I am very glad and excited I know how to make a very soft texture of Ang Gu Kueh at last. I ever made before the skin was quite hard after a few hours, but now 有aunt Irene 指导 下和她 the " secret recipe" and I can get it a 又软又香的美味!赞!
Don't you think that this Ang Gu kueh is quite special? " The skin is natural purple instead of red colour.
I know she was very tired yesterday coz not enough sleep for rushing her mooncakes for her brothers and friends. Next morning she still spend her time to teach me again. Anyway, I would like thank you for her teaching.
