Sweet Potato Doughnut Baked On 2/9/07打开冰相看到剩下两粒sweet potatoes，不知做什麽才好, 想来想去还是拿来做 sweet potato doughnut 给孩子们当着下午茶吃。做了只有这麽多而已。
Mini Coconut Mooncake Baked On 1/9/07我学做了新口味的小月饼，馅料是pandan椰丝加上瓜子。形状不是很满易不过味道还不错啦！还需要再加油！你想不想品尝新口味呢？

I love coconut mooncake very much. The taste is very nice.Homemade coconut and I can control the sugar, that's why not very sweet.

the filling sounds interesting & new to me too. I believe this wasn't yr 1st time doing coconut mooncake, was it? I also like to eat coconut tart, it is actually egg tart that filled with sweet shredded coconut instead of custard. Where did u learn it from? if I may ask & if it's convenient for u to share..

This is my first time to bake to coconut mooncake.I ate coconut mooncake before in Malaysia. Dun know why feel like want to eat so i try to recall the taste. Even though the taste is not excalty I want it, but 好过没有 la!, right?
