觉得蛮好奇又心急的我，想知道这蛋糕的质感味道如何？
于是就赶快烘一个来瞧瞧品尝。
品尝之后，那我的评语：-
虽然这牛油蛋糕看起来没什麽两样，
可是它的口感。。
很松软,。。 微湿 , 。。细腻。。有点弹性。。
又美味芳香。。
再加上，上层皮也不会裂。
让我惊讶不已哟！

Joanne, but look at your butter is quite the same as mine,maybe I dun really love butter cake so can't really give the comment.

Of cause can tell different. When you bite or cut it, I have already can tell different with normally I bake before.This recipe is given by aunt Irene,te texture is very soft, moist,and elastic feeling.
guess what, during my lunch hour just now,another group of colleagues come to me and told me that your butter cake is really... nice. There are not enough to eat leh!I also want them what is comment after you eat.The comment are all the same.

I also heard auntie Irene mentioned about this special butter cake recipe...by looking at the picture, this cake looks soft, light & spongy, unlike the traditional butter cake, the texture usually more solid & heavy. Another dfference I can see as I mentioned in Dorene's blog is that the colour is very yellowish and the top is quite levelled with no cracks in the centre. Not sure if my comments are correct...
Meanwhile, look forward to tasting it...hahaha...

yes, you are right. Normally traditional butter cake is more heavy and slightly dry, on the top that, normally will crack on top of level but this recipe it wont' crack and not dry at all. Anyway, you must try to bake and let me know.ok!

My daughter change for me lah!coz she siad that the new blog skin quite nice. I don't mind to change it.Which blog skin did you see? But I delete it already due to my previous comments can't copy to new blog skin.So I have to change back to this blog skin but colour is different only.I like the other one but too bad, the comment is different.
