还是第一次听说用“老鼠粉“做成透明的笋粿皮。很好奇的我为何老鼠粉会做成笋粿皮呢？
昨晚就赶快学做，
哈哈！真的哟！不需要加油或水。
真的非常容易又简单。
我也是用沙葛和红萝卜包馅。
笋粿皮蛮爽滑，再配上一点辣椒酱，
味道更加美味。
谢谢auntie Irene的食谱和教导。
儿子问我几时可以做瑞士卷给他吃？
其实上星期已烘好了，可是我不小心把蛋糕给打翻了。
只好再烘多一次。
蛋糕涂上了Topping Cream 加了一点草莓味道。
俩个孩子吃的津津有味哟！
