合同已满两年，女佣要求回家乡度假两个星期.
在此地也做了两年的工作，了解心里一定想念家人，
这是理所当然的事，
我也不犹豫的答应。
想来想去......为了让她方便又轻松提上机，
决定烘雪纺蛋糕送给她带回去和家人一起品尝。
再加上，
也看到Margaret & Nicole 的 chiffon cake 发得好高又好漂亮，
让我心有点痒痒地想试烘。
当然又要麻烦Auntie Irene 提供的食谱。
在此感谢Auntie Irene 的教导。
昨晚赶紧烘了两个香兰雪纺和咖啡雪纺蛋糕准备送给她。
希望她的家人会喜欢。

Your Pandan and coffee chiffon cakes very nice, it raise so high. I tried once Milo chiffon, not very ideal, coz it did not raise that high. Still can't get the skill yet.
So when is your helper coming back，must be very busy now working, housework plus school holiday now.

Yes, you are right. I always complaning to aunt irene that my chiffon cake can't rise very high too. She tought me and tried to bake. ha!ha! at last I can get a right skill.
My maid will come back on 21/6/2008.After work i need to do housework. Felt that quite tiring.
