猪脚醋 Cooked On 15/7/07.这一道猪脚醋，我已加上几条dried chilli，当我挟一口试一试时，猪脚已吸入了醋的精华和润滑，而且也带了浓浓的姜，蒜头和醋 的美 味。 酸辣的感觉。。。十分开胃呢！
牛油卷Baked on 15/7/07.
This is my first time to try to bake Butter Roll Bread.I think not really successful cause quite dry. It is not same as bakery shop selling ,but at least still quite soft and nice taste .很伤脑筋 to bake bread. I think that need advise from auntie Irene.
Prepare for my children tomorrow's breadfast.
Cooked on 15/7/07.This is my family lunch today.

I must say that you are really a very good cook. All your foods look so good, yum yum.
BTW, I tried baking the Kueh Lapis y'day, end result very good. My eldest brother likes it so much and tell me to bake more the next time. Based on ur receipe, the baking tin should be 8". Thanks for your recipe once again. Have you tried baking with prune?
