Mocha Birthday Cake.



昨天我到Aunt Irene
那儿又再学做生日蛋糕装饰,
有Auntie Irene 的耐心和指点来教导
这个完全没有慨念制作生日蛋糕的我,
帮我完成摩卡生日蛋糕。
昨晚已品尝,

味道实在非常美味可口!!

它很松软又有浓郁的巧克力和咖啡的香味, 再加上蕴藏了一粒一粒香脆核桃在蛋糕里,

当你咬到脆香核桃时, 口感真是超棒极了!。。。。yummy。。。。。
摩卡蛋糕也是会被人人深受欢迎之一。
在此 谢谢 Auntie Irene 从旁协助。

As for me, of cause I will take a longer time to make coz I am still need to learn how to spread the filling and topping cream.Look at aunt Irene make is very simple but anyway,must be more practise and can get it better.

last Sunday, when i went home, Aunty Irene was still very busy decoration the mocha cake, so finally its ready to be eaten,,, yummy!

I'm sure the cake taste excellant with the chopped walnut mix with chocolate & coffee, yummy yummy...I've got to taste a bit of the walnut coated with chocolate.
