杨枝金露, 四川辣子肉丁,班兰咖椰 ,蕃薯雪纺蛋糕和摩咖啡乳酪蛋糕

弟弟请我一家人到一间餐馆“龙的传人”一起享用午餐。
他点了好多菜肴,这是其中两样最吸引了我。
这可是一道非常著名的四川菜和甜品。

弟弟特别介绍一杯甜品~~杨枝金露 ~~ (Mango Cream)给我试吃。

他还说品尝之后,保证令我再来一杯。
当送入口中时,
哇!
令我感觉到上下层的口感可不一样。

下层口感冰冰凉凉的,而上层的口感像个布丁似的

还带一点酸甜的滋味,

非常香滑可口!

真是妙不可言! 简直是食指大动!

吃后口留余齿。





回来之后,女儿和我一直念念不忘这道菜肴,

就靠着想象力来学煮一道“四川辣子肉丁"(图1) 为家人当晚餐。


看起来是蛮简单, 可是吃了一口就不能停下了,


相相脆脆的肉丁,配上干辣椒,咖喱叶,在。。。上撒一些黑胡椒粒及胡椒,

然后佐料一炒,还带中一点咸辣味。
非常美味!


星期六也制作了10 -15 分钟快速制做的班兰咖椰,很顺滑。

卖相会不会像Ya Kun Kaya 呢。。。?

星期六烘个新口味的番薯雪纺蛋糕。

这个番薯雪纺 蛋糕还发得挺高哟!口感更不用说啦!

还是一样很芳香,松软又微湿,轻轻按时有弹性嘞!

口感都不错。





这是我在星期六晚上做的魔卡咖啡乳酪蛋糕。

真要谢谢May所提供的食谱。

这乳酪蛋糕帶点浓郁咖啡香味和乳酪味又刚刚好,

放进口里,

海棉蛋糕和乳酪已融为一体,竟然有点轻松的感觉。

口感非常的幼滑美味,

超棒!!

C that Penang has a lot of yummy yummy blog leh, saw Akira (blogger friend) posting abt Penang food...

你真利害, 尝过一次就会煮辣子肉丁,班兰 咖椰也煮得很香滑,可以媲美Ya Kun Kaya 噢!
番薯雪纺蛋糕好特别,味道一定很棒吧!改天我也要尝试做看。

如May 所说,你真利害,样样都做得很好,班兰咖椰煮得很香滑,有卖相,加了番薯的雪纺蛋糕还是发得好高 用番薯好特别,是用橙色的吗!mocca layer cheesecake 切成小小快很精致。。。你星期六坐了不少东西,效率很高哟!

你的四川辣子肉丁有加花椒吗?我曾在深圳尝过用四川麻辣花椒和干辣椒炒的肉丁,香麻辣呛,吃了飙汗,口感很shiok! 爱吃辛辣的你,一定会吃得很过瘾的。

谢谢你赞美.番薯的雪纺蛋糕是我女佣带回来的番薯。觉得她家乡番薯好特别耶!是紫白色, 很甜。对!我有加了一点花椒.你曾在深圳尝过用四川麻辣花椒和干辣椒炒的肉,你喜欢这口感吗?

C that Penang has also lots of nice nice place to visit also...

Thank you for viewing my blog. yes, I am always using this oven to bake my cake. My oven is Toyomi oven or you can consider to buy Turbo oven just like aunt irene is using now.If you are really want to buy this oven, you just mention aunt Irene name and they will give you 10% discount.

哇。。。哇。。。 哇,那么多的美食,真的是看到我眼花缭乱啊!不知到要先吃那样好,呵呵~~~ 看来先来一个四川辣子肉丁配白饭,再来一个杨枝金露当甜品,当作午餐,摩咖啡乳酪蛋糕当下午茶,班兰咖椰和面包当晚餐,蕃薯雪纺蛋糕当明天的早餐。。。YEAH! 省 4 餐唷!呵呵~~~
