这也是其中一个马来糕点。这糕点叫揶香小公主或揶香小蛋糕（Kueh Ampen )
当然，是Aunt Irene 告诉之后，
才晓得这马来糕点名称。

揶香小公主 却有类似chiffon cake的软绵和spongy

是她在回国度假时,跟她的aunt学,之后回来弄给我家人吃。
家人品尝之后，都赞杨她的kueh Ampen。

Yes. you are right.She is very good & helpful maid. she is my first maid and work 8 years with me.All my family include my mother in law and sister in law loves her very much too.But... very sad she left about 2 years already.

哇~ Joanne， 我喜欢你漂亮的Kueh Ampen 颜色和糕点模型，看起来就很好吃咯，更何况看到你形容它的口感如此的美味。 I might have eaten similar one before but maybe not this shape lah. It's a blessing to have a maid who loves cooking & baking - can have a chance to taste different nice food. Last time I also give my previous maids free hand to cook what they like，sometimes have pleasant surprises.

She left coz her husband want her to go back to settle thier problem.
Requested her to go back for a few weeks then came back to continous, but she can't promise me. I also can't wait for her coz need to work and nobody take care of my kids. At last get a new maid.
